Tail leadership….

“Whenever I wan to know about the topic, I ask GOD to teach me from nature because it is GOD’s bible for the mankind and HE teaches me as I turn the pages of nature”-Thomas Bogaty

Lets see whats the nature got to teach about Tail leadership.

In order to lead the mass of people to the better life the leader should be able to adopt the function of both tail and head.

Tail functions as follows:

Fish: To locomotion

Land animals: brush away the biting insects, balance, grasp, social signalling to warn of danger, to show the emotions and armor(secreting venoms, detach to puzzle the enemies)

Birds: act as the rudder to change direction and balance during the flight.

The nature teach the tail leaders to help the flock to walk in right direction, brush away the harmful influence, balance, grasp and signal the possible danger, drive away enemies of the flock by creating confusions and act as the rudder for the flocks to move in the right direction.

The leader should be able to walk behind the back of flock as well to give them security, lessons, warn, direct, balance, follow up and seek them so as not to lose even the single one.

The leader should follow the flock as well and not only lead them or else the reward will go out of hand.

“So the last will be first, and the first will be last.” Matthew 20:16

How about being like Jesus. He was the leader with head and tail quality of leadership.

I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. Reveletion 22:13

Let us be like the Jesus. HE is both KING and SLAVE. HE is both LION and LAMB.

Lets learn to be first and last as well as  leader and imitate Jesus.
